GRESHAM DENTAL GROUP- EXTERIOR

7,775 square foot space, the exterior was designed by Dominek Architecture and built by Emmett Phair Construction.

Originally a Marie Callender's restaurant, this vacant building underwent a major remodel in order to transform it into a working dental clinic. Because of the office’s proximity to wooded forests and mountains, the interior and exterior design reflect the surrounding nature. A smooth layer of stucco on the exterior replaced preexisting cracked, textured stucco, and accents of wood siding and new windows further transformed the building from its previous use. As a further connection to surrounding nature, the building includes a fully vegetated stormwater planter garden, which captures and detains the rooftop rain water.

This project won silver in the Qualified Remodeler Master Design Awards 2016 for Light Commercial over 5,000 square feet.
