13,180 square foot 2-story office space, the interior was designed and built by Emmett Phair Construction.

The original building was a 10,000 square foot, single story concrete tilt-up building. During the tenant improvement, a partial second-story was added creating an additional 3,180 square feet of office space for the tenants.
